TECHNICAL PLASTIC INJECTION<\/strong>
We inject small parts from about 1 to 320 grams, in several grades of engineering plastics with high mechanical properties to elevated temperetures.<\/p>\n

FLEXIBILITY<\/strong>
We manufacture small and big series, expediting the supply to give you the best possible service based on the client’s needs.<\/p>\n

We work from the beginning helping to our customer in the adequate choice of raw material, and optimizing the design to meet all final requirements of product. ZATEC offers full service, working actively from the beginning with customer up to serial production, meeting with final requirements based on application.
By this way, we apply the “core tools” of IATF, like APQP (advanced product quality planning) to ensure all the requirements of project are met on time.
Besides of Flowchart, PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Analysis Effects)and the adequate Control Plan\u2026 doing the dimmensional report to PPAP homologation, ellaborated by our Quality\/Metrology departament.<\/p>\n

EQUIPMENT<\/b>
We have automatic feeding of plastic pellets to park of injection machines from 15 up to 250Tons of clamping force. First class brands like Arburg, Krauss Maffei and Fanuc.
Some of them, partial or fully electric with high repeatability, accuracy, cycle time and no less important, savings in the energetic costs.
Besides, we have climatic chambers to speed up the humidity conditioning to hygroscopic plastic parts.
To give the complete service, we have a complementary equipment like welding(by ultrasonic and rotation), pad printing and little assemblies.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We manage the development of tooling, collaborating actively with our reliable suppliers, highly qualified to obtain the part according to quality requirements during the useful life of the project.<\/p>\n

Monitoring and execution of the necessary mold tests in our injection machines for the presentation of samples until their approval.<\/p>\n

When it is required, we do prorotype toolings and moldflow analyze, to minimize the uncertainty, depending on project.<\/p>\n
