Es habitual que, en la primera prueba de molde en piezas inyectadas en<strong><em><span style=\"color: #004c94;\"> <a style=\"color: #004c94;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.zatecsa.com\/en\/inyeccion-de-piezas-tecnicas-con-poliamida\/\">poliamida<\/a><\/span><\/em>,<\/strong> por ejemplo, si no se ha tenido en cuenta en la factibilidad inicial y dise\u00f1o de molde, aparezca este defecto a corregir en la fase de puesta a punto antes de homologar.<br \/>\nPara evitar esto o minimizar el riesgo de su aparici\u00f3n, conviene <strong>analizar previamente\u00a0 en el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zatecsa.com\/consideraciones-de-diseno-en-inyeccon-de-plastico\/\"><em><span style=\"color: #004c94;\">dise\u00f1o<\/span><\/em><\/a>,<\/strong> <strong>el recorrido de material<\/strong>, la fuerza de cierre necesaria de la<strong><span style=\"color: #004c94;\"><em> <a style=\"color: #004c94;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.zatecsa.com\/como_elegir_la_maquina_de_inyeccion_adecuada\/\">m\u00e1quina de inyecci\u00f3n<\/a><\/em><\/span> a emplear<\/strong>, reduci\u00e9ndola si es necesario e incluso modificando el par\u00e1metro de velocidad.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Los sistemas de ventilaci\u00f3n pueden no ser suficientes, sin alcanzar una evacuaci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida en cavidad durante el proceso de moldeo por inyecci\u00f3n<\/strong>. En algunos casos el efecto di\u00e9sel puede producirse tambi\u00e9n cunado se utiliza este sistema de extracci\u00f3n. Esto se debe al vac\u00edo generado en la cavidad y las temperaturas presentes, la presi\u00f3n puede caer por debajo de la presi\u00f3n de vapor de uno o varios aditivos, como el <strong><em><span style=\"color: #004c94;\"><a style=\"color: #004c94;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.zatecsa.com\/plasticos-retardantes-a-la-llama\/\">retardante a la llama<\/a><\/span><\/em><\/strong>.
