Ovens and little home appliances: we inject mainly tecnical parts in engineering plastics with properties like elevated rigidity for peaks of working with elevated temperatures like PBT, Polyamide(PA6, PA66, PA46) and PPS with glass fiber reinforcement, heat stabilized…

Sound: mostly housings and envoloping, with and wide range of materials like PP, ABS, PC-ABS or PA, aesthetic with several colours, finished … and elevated mechanical properties according to final application.

Sensorization: thin walled parts to protect the electronics requires high operating temperatures. It is necessary to minimize warpage and deformation,besides of flame retardant properties. Materials like Liquid Cristal Polymer(LCP) are good option for these applications.

Sanitary: different components for showers or faucets, injected with several materiales with good dimmensional stability, tribological behaviour, hydrolysis resistant and elevated rigidity.

Ventilation systems: plastic parts located in the assemblies where the dinamic fluids is important and/or flame retardant additives for electrical cabinets.

Antennas: we manufacture small parts assembled in the final product to do easier the working and transmission of mentioned antennas. Our high-quality materials give these parts good friction behavior as well as a stable dielectric behavior with low losses of transmission in different frequencies to increase the efficiency of 5G systems.

In addition, we manufacture parts for several sectors like defense, lifters, building, parapharmacy, or industrial machinery.

One of our successful case is the housing for pressure control (manometer) in welding sector. We collaborate with customer, providing a complete and exhaustive study to metal replacement by plastic. PPA(semi aromatic Polyamide) with 50% of glass fiber instead of Zamak, thanks of high mechanical properties in elevated temperatures, improving the chemical resistance and optimizing weight.
