TECHNICAL PLASTIC INJECTION
We inject small parts from about 1 to 320 grams, in several grades of engineering plastics with high mechanical properties to elevated temperetures.

FLEXIBILITY
We manufacture small and big series, expediting the supply to give you the best possible service based on the client’s needs.

WE ADVICE AND OPTIMIZE THE CLIENT’S DESIGN
We work from the beginning helping to our customer in the adequate choice of raw material, and optimizing the design to meet all final requirements of product. Covering from prototype up to mass production.

ZATEC offers full service, working actively from the beginning with customer up to serial production, meeting with final requirements based on application.
By this way, we apply the “core tools” of IATF, like APQP (advanced product quality planning) to ensure all the requirements of project are met on time.
Besides of Flowchart, PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Analysis Effects)and the adequate Control Plan… doing the dimmensional report to PPAP homologation, ellaborated by our Quality/Metrology departament.

EQUIPMENT
We have automatic feeding of plastic pellets to park of injection machines from 15 up to 250Tons of clamping force. First class brands like Arburg, Krauss Maffei and Fanuc.
Some of them, partial or fully electric with high repeatability, accuracy, cycle time and no less important, savings in the energetic costs.
Besides, we have climatic chambers to speed up the humidity conditioning to hygroscopic plastic parts.
To give the complete service, we have a complementary equipment like welding(by ultrasonic and rotation), pad printing and little assemblies.

Design and the choice of adequate material

We collaborate actively with our customers. We want to be a preferred partner.
Thanks to exhaustive feasibility analysis, our expertise and knowledge we collaborate with our customers advising in the choice of adequate raw material, meeting their requirements depending on final application.
We optimize the design, saving costs on the investment or part, from the point of view of our process: plastic injection molding.

Tooling

We manage the development of tooling, collaborating actively with our reliable suppliers, highly qualified to obtain the part according to quality requirements during the useful life of the project.

Monitoring and execution of the necessary mold tests in our injection machines for the presentation of samples until their approval.

When it is required, we do prorotype toolings and moldflow analyze, to minimize the uncertainty, depending on project.

In addition, we do an adequate preventive maintenance based on annual consumption in our facilities, and obviously the corrective maintenance when is required, guaranting the correct working during the production.

PRODUCTION

Automatic feeding of raw material previously dried in dryers and dehumidifiers to our injections machines, from 15 up to 250T of clampiing force.

All of them, with their adequate equipment like pickers, 3 axis robots, balances, conveyors belts, and temperature control devices.

ZATEC is a flexible company, injecting small and big lots of manufacturing, applying techniques like SMED,quick change of tooling, thanks to our continuous improvement processes.
